Disconnect Meta from the dashboard
- Sign in to the RUWAJ merchant dashboard.
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- Select Disconnect Meta and confirm.
Disconnecting stops future Meta access and removes RUWAJ's stored Meta credential and selected business, ad-account, Page, and Pixel references. It does not delete your RUWAJ account. You may reconnect later through a new authorization.
Request deletion
Use the support contact published in the RUWAJ Privacy Policy and send the request from the contact method associated with your RUWAJ account. Ask for “Meta data deletion.” RUWAJ may request reasonable account verification before acting; do not send access tokens, passwords, or Meta secrets.
If your request starts from Meta, RUWAJ returns a confirmation code and a status link. Keep that code to check whether the request is received, processing, completed, or needs identity verification.
What is removed
- Stored Meta access credentials and the app-scoped connection mapping.
- Selected Meta business, ad-account, Page, and Pixel references.
- Meta-derived caches, optimization artifacts, pending Meta actions, and connection logs that can be safely associated with the merchant.
Timing and limited retention
RUWAJ aims to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days. Historical data covered by the request is handled under the Privacy Policy. RUWAJ may retain the minimum records required for billing, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or to document that the request was completed. Retained records are restricted, are not used to reconnect Meta, and follow the retention periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting Meta alone does not cancel or delete your RUWAJ account and does not delete unrelated Shopify, Salla, subscription, or billing records.
