- Account Information: When you connect your Shopify store or Meta account, we collect your store domain, email address, and business name.
- Product Data: We collect product titles, prices, images, and descriptions from your connected Shopify store to generate ad creatives.
- Meta / Facebook Data: With your explicit authorization, we access your Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID, and Meta Ads Account ID to publish content and manage campaigns on your behalf.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our dashboard, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
- Generated Content: AI-generated ad images, videos, and copy created by our platform are stored on our servers and associated with your account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI-powered Arabic ad creatives for your products
- To publish approved content to your Facebook Page and Instagram account
- To create and manage Meta Ad campaigns on your behalf
- To sync products from your Shopify store
- To improve our AI models and creative quality
- To provide customer support
3. Meta Platform Data
Ruwaj integrates with the Meta Graph API to enable the following actions on your behalf:
- Reading your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts
- Publishing photos and videos to your Facebook Page
- Publishing posts to your Instagram Business Account
- Creating and managing Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns
- Reading ad performance insights
We only access Meta data with your explicit authorization. We do not sell or share your Meta data with third parties. You may revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- AI Service Providers: Anthropic (Claude AI), Google (Imagen 4, Veo 3), ElevenLabs — for generating ad content. These providers process data only to provide their services.
- Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting and database services necessary to operate the platform.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated creatives are stored for 90 days by default. You may delete any creative run from the dashboard at any time. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure API key storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke Meta API access at any time
- Export your generated creatives
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only to maintain your session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
